Salva Kiir Mayardit Corruption Exceeded Over Economic Threat to The Country’s and Bankruptcy Bear Its Fruits Even Citizen Are Without Salaries for Sixteen Month Progress

(Starvation)

Widespread corruption at all levels of government as the head of state leads corruption then it remains the biggest threat to country starvation as government employees are without salaries for more than 15 months, it is a real starvation.

At this level South Sudanese cannot enjoy the full fruits of the charter due to pervasive graft within the three arms of government, which has weakened institutions created by the president family corruption which crippled the institutions into bankruptcy.

“It is a fact that corruption exists and we are witnessing it in all arms of government – the Executive, the Legislature, and the Judiciary, and each must confront this menace with honesty and resolve,” by taking President Salva Kiir with his family to the court

because he has stolen public money in revenue in income and oil money.

President’s Kiir spoke always to international media that there is no money in the country, he doesn’t feel shame instead to say I have stolen the money with my family as well saying that there is no money in the bank, who will accept to put his money in the bank which will be stolen by kiir and his family.

Recently, President Kiir declared that Benjamin Bol Mel first vice president so that the

business of stealing public money will be more easier and would henceforth be marked as his wife became special envoy.

Present at the function were Deputy President Bol Mel, Prime Cabinet, Chief Justice, National Assembly Speaker and Chief of Defence Forces, herewith mission accomplished.

President Kiir recognize his administration mafia has taken steps to make good corruption loopholes and opportunities of public service by automating and digitising over corruption in public money with his family business services.

Consequently, he legalize all revenue collection to be sharply given to his family without interruptions of none family members.

Nonetheless, at this point president acknowledged that rampant corruption at the Executive level alone remains alarmingly low which is not correct.

“Corruption in South Sudan can not be chased down every alley, every corridor, and every corner of the Executive by every well-meaning citizen whenever it is spotted,” because it is administered by the top Executive.

The challenged of the appointed Parliament and the Judiciary to boldly deal with the corruption menace within their ranks too in order to restore public trust in the institutions.

The President also said Parliament, like the other two arms of government, must also confront the corruption vice.

“Shall members be counted among those who demand and enforce accountability or among those who undermine the Constitution by entrenching corruption?” but Kiirdit is well aware of this corruption.

Equally, the president must called on the Judiciary to guarantee swift, impartial, and credible justice, and confront unsettling public conversations around terms like

‘JuriPesa’. But how that can happen if the Judiciary revenue deposit in special account and further on forwarded to Salva Kiir and his family.

Instead “The Judiciary must rise to its highest calling: To cleanse itself, uphold its independence with integrity, and prove itself the true temple of justice for all South Sudanese, who attributed their blood for the independence of this country.

The real President suppose to give his administration of implementing transformative programmes that will breathe life into the Bill of Rights as enshrined in act of the payment of citizens employees salaries due to Constitution.

Article of the Bill of Rights in the Constitution of the re of South Sudan guarantees every South Sudanese fundamental freedoms and socio-economic rights, including the right to education, health, housing, food, water, and dignity.

To achieve this, President Kiir with his government has rolled out ambitious programmes such as the universal basic salaries electricity, affordable drinking water, and education.

At the same time, President Salva Kiir forgot what he was fighting for the liberation he spent in Anya Nya one and in SPLA, or he was struggling to come and loot the country with his family

Upon assuming office Mr. Salva Kiir, you must remember to have legacy we the citizen to recall you instead we will call you a thieves who corrupted the rich country with your family, Try to be an hero like Dr. John Garang a man who died like Jesus christ who died without a house where to be buried .
