From School Walls to Real Newspapers
As I grew older, writing became more than a hobby; it became a calling. At university, I began contributing to real newspapers, this time exploring political and social issues. My passion for truth, however, landed me in trouble, I was even arrested for my outspoken writing.
That experience did not stop me; it shaped me. While pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree and later my Bar Examination, I began to understand the law, responsibility, and maturity. Writing taught me to think critically, to question injustice, and to use my words responsibly.
My Vision as an Author
My goal is to use writing not only as art but as advocacy, to promote truth, ethics, and humanity. I believe every book can be a bridge between experiences, cultures, and generations.
I came to realize that writing will be my superpower and certainly had become my
power

Rediscovering My Purpose in Kenya
When I later moved to Kenya, I reconnected with old school friends who asked, “What happened to your writing?” That simple question reignited something inside me. I realized that despite all the experiences I had gone through, writing was still my home. I began writing again, this time not as a student or activist, but as someone who had seen life from many angles. Writing became my therapy, my classroom, and my way of giving back. I spent countless hours at home, writing more than working on law cases.
Writing as My Superpower
Through writing, I discovered that I could build worlds, express truth, and connect deeply with others. My friends often told me, “You write with depth.” I took pride in that. I learned to develop ideas, express emotions, and transform ordinary moments into meaningful stories. Writing gives me freedom. It allows me to create something that didn’t exist before, something that can move, teach, or comfort someone else. I write not to impress but to express. I write to inspire understanding, growth, and hope.
